My wife struggles with body image issues, and she has tried every fad and diet plan she can find. The only thing that has worked was the color coded food containers, but it was hard for her to keep track.
For me it is that one little piece of something that I don’t track. One little bite turns to ten. I feel like I am doing good because I don’t eat much for dinner. But if I tracked my food intake I would see I had two dinners by way of snacks.
